Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by the client must be made no later than 15 days prior to any event.

• Refund eligibility is dependent on the timing of the cancellation and the specific terms outlined in your service agreement.

• We do not offer refunds on vehicle registration fees or soft goods.

• We reserve the right to cancel services for violations of these terms or unforeseen circumstances. Refunds in such cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
